Ash Schwedt Consulting

Organizational culture consulting and training with an equity & justice focus.

Holistic change is key.

I focus on improving culture by addressing three levels of change - individual, interpersonal, and institutional. Too often, companies only focus on one or two of these levels, without recognizing that it requires work in all three to make a real impact.

Even if your need is a one-off training, I will provide recommendations on implementation and engagement that address all three levels of change.

Institutional systems structures policies and norms
Interpersonal managers peers role models mentors
Individual beliefs biases traits identities

About Me

The past four years have taught us that workplaces must meet the needs of their workers if they want to thrive. My goal is to help companies create safe, inclusive, and healthy cultures that allow for employees to show up as their best selves.

I’ve dedicated my career to connecting people and companies to the resources they need to succeed in an ever-changing world.

My Masters Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Human Services and Community Organizations has uniquely prepared me to partner with companies who want to make meaningful change.
