About Me
The past four years have taught us that workplaces must meet the needs of their workers if they want to thrive. My goal is to help companies create safe, inclusive, and healthy cultures that allow for employees to show up as their best selves.
I’ve dedicated my career to connecting people and companies to the resources they need to succeed in an ever-changing world.
My Masters Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Human Services and Community Organizations has uniquely prepared me to partner with companies who want to make meaningful change.

- Leadership Trainer, LifeLabs Learning: Facilitate engaging and useful workshops for managers and executives on topics like coaching, behaviors of inclusion, inclusive interviewing, feedback skills, and more.
- Director of Relationships, Sexual Health Innovations: Partner with universities to combat sexual assault, empower survivors, and advance justice by enabling survivors to make the decisions that are best for them.
